The Security Sales Consultant is responsible for building and growing new business as well as maintaining and cultivating an existing client base. This is a full-time position with base pay plus commission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and close core business sales opportunities for burglar alarms, cameras, access control, and fire alarm systems. RMR sales focus.
• Meet sales quotas.
• Complete required sales paperwork.
• Utilize lead tracking software (CRM).
• Foster existing and new customer relationships to generate additional sales.
• Develop new prospects and opportunities. Self-generate opportunities.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous sales experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Complete sales prescreening questionnaire.
• Obtain IL PERC card, and pass a background investigation.
